Students study with professionally trained Opus 1 teachers in a dedicated lesson studio at 3401 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306. The campus is next to Dumpling City, Yutori, and Driftwood Deli.
Conservatory-trained piano, violin, cello, guitar, and voice teachers — many bilingual in Mandarin, Korean, Russian, French, and more — teach across the Palo Alto schedule.

My son started private cello class at Opus 1 since summer 2023. His teacher, Mr Michael Fitzpatrick, has provided him a nice balance of masterful instruction and inspiration. He also allows him to play his chosen pieces not just from the Suzuki book, helping with sustaining interest in playing. I highly recommend Opus 1 and Me Fitzpatrick.
